Affected oracle version - Enterprise Edition - Version 11.2.0.4 and later

• MMon stops creating snapshots


• Able to create snaphsot manually


• To solve this DB restart is required.

  

     ALTER SYSTEM SET "_awr_mmon_cpuusage" = FALSE SCOPE=BOTH SID='*';

     Then restart the database.
